    1. Asking questions are actually nice thing if you are not understanding anything
fully, but this piece of writing presents nice understanding yet.

Thanks for sharing this wonderful information, I’ve bookmarked your site and will visit it often.

    3. clown says:

Thanks for the wonderful article, I was searching for details like this, going to check out the other posts.

    4. kambonja [bachechele] says:

congratulation zambians,a new dawn has come.youths have finally brought change

    5. James says:

African time. We Africans need to pull up our socks.

      • James says:

This is unacceptable. We Africans blame everybody but ourselves for our problems but anywhere else in the developed world (that is why they are developed ) 2200hrs means that. Imagine if this delay is replicated 1million times by 1million workers. No wonder we underdeveloped. We need to wake up from our slumber

        • Pretty says:

Personally find it sick when people don’t stick to time and some people actually think it is an acceptable norm.

          • James says:

Information coming from Lusaka is that Sata has been called to State House. Though results have not been announced, RB is not at State House.

            • Pretty says:

wow . . . i wonder as to whether that is one of the reasons for the delay. Not that am excusing ECZ.

        • Mwewa says:

That is why the country needs Sata – he will make every civil servant perfom and make every lazy ministry in Zambia not only clean up their work premises but clock in on time because he will be there waiting for them at 7am – Good bye to lazy days – those who have been keeping so called African time time to move to Congo or Zimbabwe!! If Zambians can be on time in UK, USA or any part of the world they emigrate they will do it in Zed – Bye Mambilima and your work ethics!!

          • Pretty says:

Mwewa, You are right, if we can be on time in our new host countries we will do it in Zed. We need culture change.

          • James says:

You know what? It is a pity that RB has left State House. He should have been with Sata wherever the announcement is made. And he should have conceded defeat amicably. Look, George Bush was at Obama’s inauguration. Why is that a problem with US. The same secret service that protects Obama, also protects Bush. Why can’t we Africans agree to disagree and still watch a soccer match over a beer???

            • Pretty says:

So this is like TRUE and not a RUMOUR tha RB has left…..hmmmm.

            • James says:

              Left to where Pretty?

            • Pretty says:

Sorry, was disabled for one reason or another “has left state house”. Anyway it is obvious now that he has left State House as Micheal Sata has officially been declared President by Chief Justice / Returning Officer Ernest Sakala. It’s been nice chatting with you have a good nite.

    6. James says:

Thanks Pretty. Just got it. Waiting anxiously. These is too much tension. Some one should have the balls to concede. We all know who that person is. I am in South Africa and listening to qfm now.

      • Pretty says:

James, You are welcome. Am in Norway. This whole thing ….waiting…. is nerve wracking. Good luck to our beloved country.

    7. James says:

Is there any announcement at 10pm from ECZ?

      • Pretty says:

I thought there would be. Don’t know how long we are supposed to wait. 18hrs announcements took place at 19hrs and it’s now 22hrs. There’s no indication from qfmzambia site.

      • Pretty says:

James you may want tune to qfmzambia.com. Announcer talks about 22:30 for latest results.

    8. Pretty says:

THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN LISTENNG TO JUSTICE MAMBILIMA MAY CONSIDER VISITING QFMZAMBIA.COM. UNDERSTAND SHE IS ABOUT TO GIVE AN UPDATE ALTHOUGH SHE SHOULD HAVE ACTUALLY ADDRESSED THE NATION AT 18HRS. U MAY HAVE TO BE PATIENT AS THIS MAY DRAG TO 20HRS, FOR ALL I KNOW

    9. Pretty says:

Just been listening to the 18hrs news on qfmzambia.com:-
5 opposition members stormed mulungshi international conference centre warning them against manipulation of results.
Winter Kabimba has confirmed that the results published by ECZ are correct. Apparently PF is closely monitoring all the results being communicated by ECZ. Appealed to supporters to be calm. RB has also voiced his concerns over rioting in Kitwe and Ndola.

    10. ian says:

Does it really take that long to tally votes….does it come down to incompetency at getting the job done by the ECZ or are they trying to play with the numbers to sway the results a particular way?????

      • sugar babes says:

polo yako chikala, ure lacking i skula, nin, what do u know……mmmm, inaguration for rupiah on 2mor.

        • Donchi Bubeba says:

Musula obe wembwawe,,are you that dull and blind that you can’t see what is happening? let remind you what’s happening,,,it is called “CHANGE”,,,so,dream on you stupid fool,,,,,Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiii,Donchi kubeba

    11. ian says:

Can someone please update us as to what is going on…..i hear riots are on in some parts of town and businesses and offices have closed……please pray for peace in our motherland…..

    12. Bola panshi says:

BOLA IN 90 MINUTES, EVERY CAST BALLOT SHOULD COUNT

The river has run dry in urban constituencies now let the rural votes pass the final verdict bola ni 90 minutes. All remaining are rural constituencies. Zambia’s mandate come from compilation of every vote cast in all the 150 constituencies and not just the 33-70 being speculated on in the urban areas. Democracy is not just a preserve of the urban votes but every vote cast from boarder to boarder on the territory of our democratic country.

    13. kunda says:

Pliz Ecz for Christs sake we have been taken for a long ride, give us bonafied results.i cant believe your website was hijacked….

    14. ONE ZAMBIA ONE NATION says:

LETS PRAY FOR ZAMBIA TOMORROW WILL BE A VERY TRYING MOMENT IN ZAMBIA. HOWEVER WITH GOD’s GUIDANCE AND INDEPENDENT OBSERVERS DOING THEIR JOB ALL SHALL BE WELL REGARDLESS OF WHO WINS.

    15. ONE ZAMBIA ONE NATION says:

LETS WAIT AND SEE NOTHING NOTHING RELIABLE IS COMING FROM ZAMBIA EVEN EARLY INDICATION THAT MUTATI HAS FAILED IS NOT TRUE VOTES ARE STILL BEING COUNTED IN LUNTE WITH MUTATI LEADING.

      • Me says:

Just as well they have stopped the transmission of unofficial results because some of the information we were relying on wasnt true.

    16. Fufuzela says:

The hackers should have hired someone who can do maths in their team. Their total number of voters in 133 constituncies only added up to 1.8 million, implying the remaining 17 constituencies were going to post the remaining 3.3 million voters. (if the voter turn up was 100% anyway).how daft…

      • Abena Zed says:

You must be very dull, it is common knowledge that the voter turn out was not 100%, in fact it about 55% in the so far officially announced results. Let us not close our minds, be level headed and see more than what the eye can meet.

    17. Abena Zed says:

Twakana ama plan yakwiba ama vote by MMD, it is not possible to hack the site like that, Pipo this is another plot by RB and his minions to rig elections. Let Justice and peace prevail in our nation

    18. Bola panshi says:

KABIMBA HAS COMMITTED TREASON AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF ZAMBIA

HE IS THE HANDLER OF PF HACKERS WHO HAVE GONE INTO ECZ SERVER AND POSTED FAKE PRESIDENTIAL RESULTS ON THE ECZ WEBSITE WHICH UNFORTUNATELY SOME OF YOU MAY HAVE SEEN.

PLEASE AVOID RAISING YOUR BP NEEDLESSLY. ECZ IS YET TO POST BONAFIDE RESULTS. THE WINNER WILL COME FROM A SUMMATION OF ALL VOTES FROM 150 CONSTITUENCIES.

Kabimba has bought himself a treasonous charge. Iwill not be shocked to hear he has been swept by security units.

      • john says:

how come you are the only person who knows about this, please please keep it to yourself

      • PF DIE HARD says:

Bola Panshi rubbish.Do you mean he also hacked into the minds of the voters who went all out to vote for PF. If ECZ is wasting time posting the results on its website we wiil gladly receivethe results from Patriotic zambians which are without a doubt genuine.RB out of State House! Good riddance to bad rubbish

      • Geordie Bird says:

What is rubbish about that statement from statehouse? Have all the 5.1million votes from 150 constituencies been posted by ECZ? Please share with us the link or you believe Zambians are only those on the lines of rail.

    27. PROPHET says:

Look at this rubbish from State House
“State House has dismissed speculations and rumors that the final results of the 2011 tripartite elections have been compiled and that Rupiah Banda has been informed.

State House spokesperson Dickson Jere said ‘such rumors are a total lie. President Banda is not aware of the final results that are still being compiled and will, like anyone else, wait for the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to announce the results.’

He said President Banda has not met anyone or issued any statement to discuss the purported final results. He the President will only make his position known on this matter once the final results are announced.

‘Attempts by the said editor to create rumors that Patriotic Front leader Michael Sata has won the Presidential election are against the Electoral Code of Conduct. Zambians should only believe the results that are coming from the ECZ.’

‘We know that there that there are some people who are trying to create anarchy by taking advantage of the situation. Zambians should remain calm and wait for the final results from the ECZ,’ said Jere”

    49. lk says:

Let us pray for peace and stabilty. Watching from a distance it has been interesting to see how Zambia has changed both good and bad. The style of campaigning has at times been childish and embrassing, watching how our so called leaders stooped so low to count on votes.
The day of reckoning came and has gone, now what awaits all of us is the verdict of who will be the next tennant of State House. Just remember there are so few that have enjoyed the Zambian dream and yet so many who think it is just for the ones Mu Ma Yadi. Who ever leads this nation of ours, must never forget the struggle that went into gaining independence and the poverty that looms over our country now. Enough about the potential that this country has unleash this potential and reduce the poverty. Everyone is accountable

Pf is wicked: what the PF are doing in Lusaka is quite scaring and i’m afraid for the lives of people in Lusaka…..there will be war in Zambia when PF looses the election….if you have transport money leave Lsk go to your villages and come back after some good days after election.

Seriously, it takes some kind of restraint to avoid any possible breach of peace in a nation! this needs to be demonstrated at an individual level because places where wars are fought i believe are occupied by people just like us. we aint a special breed per se and so its a shame that such things are manifesting themselves in this manner.
its would have been different if really the suspicions had ended up being confirmed. wel, let us do our best all of us about the situation which is so very delicate.

You seem to be so sure PF will lose. Is it ‘if’ or ‘when’? Or maybe its just language barrier?
